Dr. Ersin Uygun is a psychiatrist with years of experience in refugee mental health. He is a lecturer in the Trauma and Disaster Mental Health Master's Program at Bilgi University, Turkey. He as a clinician and an academic working in the field of psychological trauma, develops, implements and tests training programs for mental health and psychosocial support personnel working with refugees. He also works as a researcher in Horizon 2020 projects that are called STRENGTHS and RE-DEFINE.
