Being a Research Assistant in this “Caring for carers: A psychosocial supervision intervention to improve the quality and sustainability of MHPSS services in humanitarian contexts”, I am developing an immense interest in research sector. Working with data and specially when it is qualitative and experimental is more challenging and interesting. As it is a mental health related work and being a psychologist, this work is very relevant to my future goal. And finally working in a developing sector is always creative and a scope to learn more. This project has given me the chance to explore in a very different way.
